• Pick-up: Please prepare a valid driver’s license (and International Driving Permit) and contact information. We will conduct a joint vehicle inspection and provide a rental agreement. Please ensure the vehicle's exterior and equipment are in good condition before departure.

• Return:

  1. Please return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.

  2. Our staff will verify the vehicle’s condition and collect the rental agreement.

  3. Please check the car thoroughly before leaving. The company is not responsible for any items left behind.

• Please follow the company's instructions to handle the scene and assist with related accident or theft investigations.

• If the vehicle is damaged and needs to be repaired, you must obtain the company's consent first, and the repair must be carried out at a location designated by the company. Please do not repair it yourself.

• If you notice anything unusual, please stop the car immediately for safety and contact our company right away.

• If the malfunction is confirmed to be caused by a defect in the vehicle itself, the company will provide a replacement vehicle or refund part of the rental fee.

  *Please note that you must not carry out any repairs or parts replacements without the company's permission.

• Personal Injury Compensation: Unlimited (limited to one accident, no deductible).

• Property Damage Compensation: Unlimited (limited to one accident, no deductible).

• Vehicle Compensation: Determined according to different car models (limited to one accident, no deductible).

If the accident is caused intentionally by the customer, or the vehicle is damaged or has an odor (smell of smoke, vomit, chewing gum, drinks seeping into the seats, carpets, etc. that require a full cleaning of the car), or in cases where prohibited items are recognized in the rental terms, NOC (¥24,200 per day, up to 15 days) will still be charged.

Insurance is invalid or will not be paid in the following situations:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol

• Driving without a license

• Second accident or later

• Failure to report the accident to the company

• Driving the vehicle by someone other than the driver listed in the rental agreement

• When the car's equipment is damaged

• Violation of the company's rental terms

• Driving in places other than roadways, such as on the coast, riverbanks, or in forests

• The cost of purchasing a pair of new tires (same grade) due to a tire burst caused by driver error or driving in a place other than a normal driving road

• The cost of replacing the car key when it is lost

*After the first accident, if you want to continue using the vehicle, you need to repurchase insurance (deductible of ¥50,000-200,000). If the vehicle cannot continue to drive, the rental agreement will be terminated immediately, and the rental fee will not be refunded. If you need to rent a car again, our company will provide assistance as much as possible.

• Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee will be charged proportionally based on the time you notify us:

  • Free Cancellation: 30 days or more before the rental date (inclusive).

  • 10% of the rental fee: From reservation completion to within 30 days.

  • 30% of the rental fee: 29 days to 15 days before the rental date.

  • 50% of the rental fee: 14 days to 2 days before the rental date.

  • 80% of the rental fee: One day before the rental date.

  • 100% of the rental fee: Cancellation notice on the rental date.

• Early Return: If you decide to return the vehicle early during the rental period, the rental fee for the remaining days will not be refunded.
